Thank you for choosing Floral City Animal Clinic (FCAC). Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care available for your pet. An important part of this mission requires fiscal responsibility. We prioritize assisting you in this endeavor by offering several payment options. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

A fee of $50.00 will be charged to any client who misses their appointment or cancels with less than 24 (business operating) hours’ notice. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are NOT business operating hours. This policy includes appointments for day-stay or drop-off patients. Should you be over 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. If a surgical visit or multi-pet (2 or more pets) appointment is canceled within 24 (business operating) hours, you will be charged $100 fee, as these spaces are very limited.

By signing below, you certify that you have read and understand the terms of this policy. This will also certify that you assume responsibility for all charges incurred in the care of your pet(s) and you understand that all fees (including missed appointment fees) must be paid in full at the time services are rendered and/or at the time of discharge. We require a credit card on file and will take deposit prior to making appointments for new clients and for all procedure or surgical appointments. By signing below, you understand and authorize the automatic charge of applicable fees in the event of a missed appointment. Clients with repeat missed appointments may forfeit the privilege of care at FCAC.
